Terms of Service
Last updated: January 28, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of 941 Tiles ("the App"), developed by 941 Apps LLC ("we", "us", or "our"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.
Use of the App
941 Tiles is a window management application for macOS. You may use the App for your personal or professional purposes. You agree to:
- Use the App only for lawful purposes
- Not attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or tamper with the App
- Not use the App in any way that could damage or impair the service
How Windows Are Arranged
941 Tiles arranges windows through its companion Shortcut, Apple's supported mechanism for sandboxed App Store apps. The app reads on-screen window positions solely to compute layouts; Apple's Shortcuts system performs the window arrangement. We do not monitor, record, or collect any data about your activity.
Your Data
941 Tiles operates entirely on your device. We do not access, collect, or store any of your data on our servers. The only data stored locally is your gap spacing preference.
Mac App Store
If you downloaded 941 Tiles from the Mac App Store, your purchase is also subject to Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA). In the event of a conflict, Apple's EULA takes precedence for Mac App Store purchases.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, 941 Apps LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data or window configuration.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms on our website. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
